Jalapeño Chicken Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 jalapeños.
02 - 1/3 cup sliced green onions.
03 - 1 tablespoon ground black pepper.
04 - 36 ounces of bacon (three packs).
05 - 10 thin slices of chicken breast.
06 - 2 tablespoons of Slap Ya Mama spice seasoning.
07 - 1 pound spicy Italian sausage.
08 - 1 1/2 cups of sharp cheddar.
09 - BBQ sauce for slathering.
10 - 6 ounces of cream cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the smoker temperature to 250°F.
02 - Combine cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, and sausage in a bowl.
03 - Cut and remove seeds from jalapeños, then fill with the cheese mixture.
04 - Sprinkle chicken breasts evenly with spices.
05 - Lay a stuffed jalapeño on each piece of chicken.
06 - Carefully roll each piece of chicken around the jalapeño.
07 - Wrap strips of bacon tightly around each chicken roll.
08 - Place wrapped pieces in the smoker for a total of 4 hours.
09 - Brush BBQ sauce generously over rolls for the last half hour.
