Easy Pressure Cooker Joes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
02 - 1 green pepper, finely chopped
03 - 1 medium yellow onion, diced
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 2 pounds of lean ground beef

→ Sauce

06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon dry mustard
08 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
09 - 2 teaspoons chili powder
10 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
11 - 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
12 - 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
13 - 1 cup water
14 - 28 ounces of crushed tomatoes in a can

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the ground beef till it's crumbly and browned. Drain the grease, set aside.
02 - Heat oil, toss in garlic, pepper, and onion. Stir and cook till they soften, around 3-4 minutes.
03 - Mix in tomatoes, water, and spices. Scrape up anything stuck on the pot. Add beef back and combine.
04 - Secure the lid, cook for 6 minutes on high. Quickly release pressure. Thicken the mix if needed.

01 - Make sure to scrape the pot clean to avoid any burning.
02 - Cut veggies into small pieces for a better bite.
03 - You can use cornstarch slurry to make the sauce thicker.
