Chocolate PB Hearts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - Smooth peanut butter
02 - Softened salted butter
03 - Powdered sugar
04 - White sugar
05 - Vanilla flavoring

→ Coating

06 - Chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
07 - Chocolate shortening

→ Decoration

08 - White chocolate for drizzle
09 - Shortening for melting
10 - Optional heart-shaped sprinkles

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the sugars, both butters, and the vanilla until fluffy. Mix in powdered sugar next.
02 - Spread mix into a pan and freeze for 15 minutes. Cut into hearts, then freeze another 30 minutes.
03 - Heat chocolate with the shortening, stirring after every 30 seconds.
04 - Dip the frozen hearts into melted chocolate. Handle only a few at a time.
05 - Drizzle on white chocolate and sprinkle with decorations before letting them harden.

# Notes:

01 - Keep hearts in the freezer till ready to dip.
02 - Yield changes based on heart size.
03 - Shortening stops chocolate from turning white.
