Onion Butter Rice (Printable Version)

A buttery baked rice dish with flavors of French onion soup. It’s simple to make, needing only 5 ingredients and quick prep time.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 stick of chilled butter.
02 - 14.5 ounces of beef stock.
03 - Fresh parsley to top it off.
04 - 10.5 ounces of French onion soup.
05 - 1 1/4 cups of plain long-grain rice, uncooked.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F. Pour uncooked rice into an 8x8-inch glass dish, spreading it out evenly.
02 - Drizzle the rice with French onion soup and beef stock.
03 - Cut the cold butter into small squares, scattering them over the top of the rice mixture.
04 - Cover the dish snugly with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
05 - Take off the foil and bake uncovered for another 25 minutes. Sprinkle parsley on top before enjoying.
