Set your oven to 425°F. Pour uncooked rice into an 8x8-inch glass dish, spreading it out evenly.

Drizzle the rice with French onion soup and beef stock.

Cut the cold butter into small squares, scattering them over the top of the rice mixture.

Cover the dish snugly with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Take off the foil and bake uncovered for another 25 minutes. Sprinkle parsley on top before enjoying.
