Healing Vegetable Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Broth & Veggies

01 - 6 garlic cloves
02 - 2 carrots (peeled)
03 - 1/4 inch of fresh ginger
04 - 1 onion, quartered
05 - 4 chopped celery stalks
06 - 1 teaspoon salt (if needed)
07 - 8 cups of vegetable stock

→ Pasta

08 - 1 1/2 cups uncooked pastina

→ Toppings

09 - Crushed black pepper
10 - Chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up the stock, toss in the veggies, and let everything simmer for half an hour until softened.
02 - While the veggie mix is cooking, boil a separate pot for pastina and cook it.
03 - Scoop out the veggies and combine with a couple of cups of broth. Puree them until smooth. Let the mixture cool down a bit first.
04 - Pour the pureed veggies back into the broth and stir well. Serve it over the cooked pastina with fresh parsley and some spice from black pepper.

# Notes:

01 - Swap pastina with any tiny pasta you like
02 - For extra heat, sprinkle in chili flakes
03 - Want it creamier? Add some cashews or coconut milk
