Mushroom Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 250g of sliced mushrooms.
02 - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
03 - 2 crushed garlic cloves.
04 - Salt and pepper as needed.
05 - 8 sourdough slices.
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
07 - Extra butter for cooking.
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
09 - 1 cup of sharp grated cheddar.
10 - 1 cup of grated mozzarella.
11 - 2 tablespoons of butter.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (if you'd like a bit of spice).

# Instructions:

01 - Golden brown mushrooms come from sautéing them in oil.
02 - Butter, garlic, and spices join the mushrooms.
03 - Toss the cheeses together until evenly mixed.
04 - Put mushrooms and cheese layers between each bread slice.
05 - Butter up the outside part of each sandwich.
06 - Grill everything till the bread is crisp and the cheese is gooey.
