Bang Bang Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bang Bang Sauce

01 - 1 teaspoon honey
02 - ½ teaspoon lime juice
03 - 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
04 - ¼ cup mayonnaise
05 - 1 teaspoon sriracha

→ For the Salmon

06 - Salt and black pepper to taste
07 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
08 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
09 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
10 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
12 - 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed

# Instructions:

01 - Just spoon the sauce over the salmon bites or toss them right in it. Eat them while they're hot.
02 - Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl. Stir it well so it's nice and creamy.
03 - Pop salmon into the air fryer at 375°F. Flip them midway and just cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
04 - Set the salmon chunks on a tray with parchment and bake them at 400°F. They'll be ready in about 10 to 12 minutes.
05 - Crank up a skillet on the stove. Cook the salmon cubes on each side for a few minutes so they're crispy and browned.
06 - Chop the salmon into small cubes, around an inch each. Then coat them with the oil and all the seasoning powders, along with cayenne (if using), plus some salt and pepper.

# Notes:

01 - Go with the stove, oven, or air fryer—whatever you like best for cooking the salmon
02 - More sriracha and cayenne make things hotter, less keeps it mild
03 - You can whip up the sauce earlier and chill it in the fridge
