Just spoon the sauce over the salmon bites or toss them right in it. Eat them while they're hot.

Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl. Stir it well so it's nice and creamy.

Pop salmon into the air fryer at 375°F. Flip them midway and just cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

Set the salmon chunks on a tray with parchment and bake them at 400°F. They'll be ready in about 10 to 12 minutes.

Crank up a skillet on the stove. Cook the salmon cubes on each side for a few minutes so they're crispy and browned.

Chop the salmon into small cubes, around an inch each. Then coat them with the oil and all the seasoning powders, along with cayenne (if using), plus some salt and pepper.
