Seafood Spinach Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 1/2 pound lump crab meat
02 - 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and chopped

→ Dairy

03 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 1/2 cup sour cream
06 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise

→ Produce and Seasonings

08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
12 - 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up some oil in a pan. Toss in the shrimp and cook for about 2 or 3 minutes until they turn pink. Let them cool.
02 - Stir cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic, and your spices together until it’s super smooth.
03 - Gently combine the shrimp, crab, Parmesan, mozzarella, and spinach into the mix.
04 - Spoon the mixture into a dish for baking. Put it in the oven at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.

01 - Toss in jalapeños if you like it spicy
02 - Switch up the cheese to suit your taste
