Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and get it warmed up.

Put one pepperoni slice into each muffin cup of a non-stick tin.

Spread the cheddar and mozzarella over each pepperoni piece evenly, pressing down lightly.

Cook for 8 minutes until the edges turn crisp and brown, but the centers stay a bit soft.

Leave the crisps in the muffin tin to cool down for 5 minutes before taking them out.
