Lay out parchment paper on your baking tray to avoid sticking, and crank your oven up to 375°F (190°C) so it can heat while you prep.

Unroll the crescent dough, then pull apart all 8 triangle pieces.

Start at the fat end of each triangle, put on 4 slices of pepperoni, then add half a mozzarella stick on top.

Roll the triangles up starting from the thick side all the way to the pointy tip. Pinch the ends so your melty cheese doesn't drip out. Add a dash of Italian seasoning if you want extra flavor.

Toss your rolls on the tray and bake for 10-12 minutes. You'll know they're ready when you see a golden color and you're hungry just from the smell.
