01 -
Cook the chicken however you like—grill, bake, or pan-fry—until it’s done. Once cooled, shred it with a couple of forks. At the same time, fry up the bacon until nice and crispy, then crumble it into little pieces.
02 -
Toss the shredded chicken, bacon pieces, Parmesan, mozzarella, and Caesar dressing into a big bowl. Sprinkle in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a bit of salt and pepper. Stir it all together until it’s fully mixed.
03 -
Crank the oven up to 375°F (190°C) to preheat. Roll out your pizza dough into a long rectangle, roughly 12x8 inches, on a floured surface so it doesn’t stick.
04 -
Spread the chicken mixture in an even layer across the middle of the dough, leaving the edges bare. Fold in the edges, followed by the ends, to close it up into a neat, log-like shape.
05 -
Move the wrapped dough seam-side down to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Coat the top with a little olive oil so it bakes golden and crumbly. Pop it in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dough is toasty and the cheese is melted and gooey.
