01 -
Turn on your oven to 190°C (375°F). Layer parchment paper on your baking tray, and butter it nicely to prevent sticking.
02 -
Take your biscuits and slice each into halves. Using your thumb, flatten them into small circles—like tiny pizza crusts.
03 -
Place a dollop of marinara sauce onto each dough circle, follow with a slice of pepperoni, and finish with a mozzarella cube.
04 -
Fold the dough edges upwards and pinch tightly at the top to seal all that cheesy goodness inside. Set your stuffed dough balls seam-side down onto the tray.
05 -
Combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian herb mix, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a bowl for your topping brush.
06 -
Paint each dough ball with some garlic butter mix, sprinkle Parmesan over top, and pop them into the oven. Bake them for about 15 to 20 minutes until they’re beautifully golden.
07 -
Give them a minute to cool slightly so nobody burns their mouth, then pass them around with a bowl of marinara for dipping!
