Pepperoni and cheese packed inside soft biscuit dough, topped with garlic and baked till golden. Ready to enjoy in no time!

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Things

01 - Butter (3 tablespoons), to grease up your tray
02 - 18 oz (465 g) of ready-to-bake biscuit dough
03 - Marinara
04 - Pepperoni slices
05 - Mozzarella cheese (225 g ball), cubed

→ Garlic Butter Coating

06 - Melted butter
07 - Two minced garlic cloves
08 - Dash of salt, as needed
09 - A shake of pepper, to taste
10 - Italian spices, about a tablespoon
11 - Grated Parmesan for sprinkling

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn on your oven to 190°C (375°F). Layer parchment paper on your baking tray, and butter it nicely to prevent sticking.
02 - Take your biscuits and slice each into halves. Using your thumb, flatten them into small circles—like tiny pizza crusts.
03 - Place a dollop of marinara sauce onto each dough circle, follow with a slice of pepperoni, and finish with a mozzarella cube.
04 - Fold the dough edges upwards and pinch tightly at the top to seal all that cheesy goodness inside. Set your stuffed dough balls seam-side down onto the tray.
05 - Combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian herb mix, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a bowl for your topping brush.
06 - Paint each dough ball with some garlic butter mix, sprinkle Parmesan over top, and pop them into the oven. Bake them for about 15 to 20 minutes until they’re beautifully golden.
07 - Give them a minute to cool slightly so nobody burns their mouth, then pass them around with a bowl of marinara for dipping!

# Additional Notes:

01 - Great for casual snacks during sports games or even as a special lunch treat!
02 - Try switching up the fillings! Add your favorite combos like veggie options (onions, peppers) or the classic Hawaiian style with pineapple and ham.
