Set your oven to 375°F. Use melted butter to coat the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan.

Slice a cross into the top of every roll, but don’t cut them fully apart.

Stir together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until it’s smooth.

Drizzle the butter mixture on top, making sure it covers all the rolls evenly.

Whip the cream cheese until soft, then stir in the egg and sugar until the mixture is creamy.

Put the cream cheese mix into the X-shaped cuts using a piping bag or spoon.

Bake for 12-15 minutes in the oven until the edges are golden and the center filling is firm.
