Cheesecake Cherry Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 can of cherry pie filling.
02 - 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
03 - 4 large eggs.
04 - 2 1/2 cups of white sugar.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (if using unsalted butter).
06 - 1 cup of cocoa powder, unsweetened.
07 - 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
08 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.
09 - 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour.
10 - 1 egg (for the filling).
11 - 1/3 cup sugar (for the filling).
12 - 1 teaspoon vanilla (for the filling).
13 - 1 cup butter, melted and cooled to room temperature.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F. Put parchment paper in a 9x13 pan, then lightly spray it.
02 - Mix melted butter with sugar until it looks smooth. Stir in vanilla, then crack in eggs one by one. Blend in the dry stuff.
03 - Whip cream cheese, sugar, egg, and the vanilla together until it's creamy.
04 - Spread most of the brownie batter in the pan. Pour on the cream cheese mix, follow with the cherry filling, and dollop the rest of the batter on top.
05 - Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center moves just a little. Let it cool fully, then chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours before slicing.

# Notes:

01 - Refrigerate before cutting for neat squares.
02 - The center should wobble just a bit when it's done baking.
03 - Keep leftovers stored in the fridge.
