Beef Cobbler Delight (Printable Version)

Rich ground beef combined with a creamy cheese sauce, finished with flaky cheddar-infused biscuits. A feel-good dinner loved by all.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 diced yellow onion.
02 - 1½ lbs of lean ground beef.
03 - 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
04 - ½ cup of milk.
05 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup.
06 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cheddar cheese soup.
07 - ½ teaspoon of ground pepper.
08 - ½ teaspoon of salt.
09 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
10 - ¼ cup of melted butter.
11 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
12 - 2 cups of cold milk.
13 - 1 box of Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix.
14 - Chopped parsley for sprinkling.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F.
02 - Cook the onions and beef in a hot skillet. Stir in garlic close to the end.
03 - Mix the soups, milk, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of cheese into the beef mixture.
04 - Spread beef mix evenly into a 9x13 pan. Top with the last cup of cheese.
05 - In a bowl, blend the biscuit mix, cheese, and milk until smooth.
06 - Evenly pour the biscuit batter over the beef mixture.
07 - Bake for 50 minutes or until the biscuits are golden on top.
08 - Brush melted butter over the biscuit topping while still warm.
09 - Let it cool for 5 minutes. Add parsley on top and serve!
