Get your shallots, garlic, and lobster ready—dice or chop them up. Lay out everything you'll need.

Start by warming up butter. Cook the shallots until they’re soft, then stir in the garlic for about a minute.

Throw in the rice and give it a stir for a couple of minutes until it's golden and coated with butter.

Gradually pour in the warm stock, letting it soak in before adding more. Keep stirring for 18-20 minutes.

Take it off the burner. Mix in the lobster, cheese, butter, and the lemon zest plus juice.

Add extra parsley, Parmesan, or lemon on top if you like!
