Buttery Cheesy Garlic Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Rollups Base

01 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
02 - 1 cup mozzarella, pulled apart
03 - 1 tube (8 oz) of crescent rolls, chilled

→ Garlic Butter

04 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped up
05 - 1/4 cup butter, melted down
06 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
07 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

→ Optional Garnish

08 - Some fresh parsley, sliced up
09 - A little more Parmesan, if you want

# Instructions:

01 - Spread garlic butter all over those rolled crescents. Let them bake for 10-12 minutes. You'll know they're done when they turn golden and gooey.
02 - In a tiny bowl, stir together your melted butter, chopped garlic, herb mix, and salt.
03 - Layer each dough triangle with the mozzarella first, then a dusting of Parmesan. Roll them up from the fatter end till you hit the skinny tip.
04 - Tear open your crescent roll can and pull apart 8 dough triangles.
05 - Fire up your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pop some parchment on a pan so nothing sticks.

# Notes:

01 - Pop in some ham or pepperoni to make them more filling
02 - They warm back up great in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes
03 - Awesome for dunking in ranch or marinara
