Beef Cheese Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sheet of puff pastry or pie crust.
02 - 2 tablespoons of mustard.
03 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
06 - 1/4 cup ketchup.
07 - 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - Salt and black pepper to your liking.
10 - 1 lb of ground beef.
11 - 1/2 cup softened cream cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven to 375°F and grease a round 9-inch cake pan lightly.
02 - Roll out the pastry dough, fit it into the bottom of your pan, and cut any extra edges.
03 - Combine the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
04 - Evenly spread the seasoned beef mixture over the pastry base.
05 - Pop it into the oven for 15 minutes. Remove and carefully pour out any extra grease.
06 - Mix together your sour cream, shredded cheddar, cream cheese, mustard, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
07 - Evenly layer your cheesy mixture on top of the partially cooked beef.
08 - Bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust turns golden brown.
09 - Let it rest for 5 minutes before flipping it out onto a plate to serve.

01 - Brush the top of the pastry with an egg for a golden finish.
02 - Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
