Cinnamon Applesauce Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 3 tablespoons milk
02 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
03 - 1 1/4 cups plain applesauce
04 - 2 eggs
05 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix
08 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
09 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
10 - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
11 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
12 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven to 350°F. Coat one large loaf pan or a few smaller ones lightly with cooking spray.
02 - In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the applesauce, oil, sugar, eggs, and milk until it’s smooth.
03 - Blend in the flour, baking soda, spices, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder just until no streaks of flour are visible.
04 - Scoop the batter into the pan(s). Bake 30m for mini loaves or up to an hour for a large loaf. A toothpick should come out dry.

01 - Swap in any type of applesauce you like.
02 - Let it rest a bit before cutting it into slices.
