Vodka Pepper Sauce (Printable Version)

Smooth and rich, this velvety vodka sauce with roasted peppers is the perfect match for seafood, chicken, or your favorite noodles.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 16 ounces of roasted red peppers.
02 - A quarter cup of vodka.
03 - Half a cup of grated parmesan.
04 - Two tablespoons of butter.
05 - One small onion, finely chopped.
06 - Salt, adjusted to your taste.
07 - Half a teaspoon of chili flakes.
08 - Two cloves of garlic, minced.
09 - Half a cup of heavy cream.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Melt butter on medium. Toss in the onion and stir around for 5 minutes.
02 - Throw in some minced garlic and chili flakes. Stir them for 60 seconds.
03 - Turn heat down. Add roasted peppers and vodka. Let it blend for about 10–12 minutes.
04 - Stir in the heavy cream and cheese. Let it warm up for 2–3 minutes, then sprinkle salt.
