Mix chicken with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper in a dish until it’s covered evenly.

Using a large skillet on medium-high heat, cook the chicken in oil for around 4-5 minutes per side. Flip once golden and ensure it’s cooked through.

Turn the heat to medium-low. Add honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and vinegar into the pan. Stir, simmer, and thicken with the cornstarch slurry.

Toss the cooked chicken back into the pan with the sauce. Let it heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat. Top with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
