Sweet Peach Morning Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 teaspoons of dry yeast, active.
02 - 1/4 cup melted butter, cooled slightly.
03 - 4 cups of all-purpose flour.
04 - 1/4 cup regular sugar.
05 - 1 teaspoon table salt.
06 - 1 cup of milk, warm to around 110°F.
07 - 2 big eggs.
08 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder.
09 - 2 cups of chopped peaches.
10 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar.
11 - 4 tablespoons of butter, softened for icing.
12 - 4 ounces softened cream cheese.
13 - 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted.
14 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine warm milk, yeast, and a tiny pinch of sugar. Let it stand for about 5 minutes till it foams.
02 - Blend flour, sugar, salt, butter, and eggs with foamy yeast mix. Knead dough till smooth, then let rest for an hour to rise.
03 - Toss peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon until coated evenly.
04 - Roll dough out into a rectangle. Spread the peach filling on top, roll it up, then slice into 12 pieces. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
05 - Bake the rolls at 350°F for around 25 minutes or till light golden brown.
06 - Whisk together cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla till creamy. Spread on rolls while they're still warm.

# Notes:

01 - Fresh or canned peaches both work fine.
02 - If peaches release too much juice, add a little bit of flour to the mix.
03 - These taste the best straight out of the oven.
