Creamy strawberry bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 1 pint fresh strawberries

→ Toppings

05 - Optional: sprinkles
06 - Optional: crushed nuts
07 - Optional: chocolate for drizzling
08 - 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse strawberries, dry them gently, and set aside. Remove the tops and scoop out a bit from inside, keeping the bases whole.
02 - Whip cream cheese until it’s creamy. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until light and airy.
03 - Use a small spoon or piping bag to stuff the strawberries. Let the filling stick out just a little from the top.
04 - Top with graham cracker crumbs. If you like, throw on some chocolate drizzle, crushed nuts, or sprinkles.
05 - Pop them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so the filling can firm up before serving.
