# What You'll Need:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (if you like it spicy).
02 - 1/2 cup mayo.
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
04 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
06 - 1 ripened avocado, sliced.
07 - 2 cups jasmine or brown rice.
08 - 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce.
09 - 1 teaspoon lime juice.
10 - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
11 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
12 - 1 cup shredded carrots.
13 - 1 cup cucumber pieces.
14 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
15 - 1 pound shrimp, cleaned and shelled.
16 - 2 sliced green onions.
17 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
18 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine the shrimp with the oil, smoked paprika, garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne if using.
02 - Stir the mayo, lime juice, and sriracha together until creamy.
03 - In a heated pan, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes each side until they turn pink and firm.
04 - Follow the package instructions to cook the rice, then toss it with the rice vinegar.
05 - Scoop some rice into each bowl, then layer on shrimp, carrots, cucumbers, avocado, and green onions.
06 - Finish with a drizzle of spicy sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds over everything.
