Fiery Chicken Ramen (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 2 packs of ramen noodles, toss the seasoning pouches
02 - 4 chicken thighs without skin or bones

→ Sauce Mix

03 - 1 cup of chicken stock
04 - 4 minced garlic cloves
05 - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
06 - Half a cup of heavy cream

→ Spices

07 - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
09 - A teaspoon of paprika
10 - 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
11 - 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder

→ Extras

12 - 2 tablespoons of oil for cooking
13 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Rub the chicken thighs with paprika, chili, garlic powder, cayenne, and black pepper. Let them sit for 15 minutes.
02 - Heat oil over medium-high in a pan. Brown the chicken on each side for about 4-5 minutes. Set aside and slice after resting.
03 - Using the same pan, cook the garlic. Pour in soy sauce and chicken stock to scrape up bits from the pan. Stir in the cream and cook down for roughly 5 minutes until thick.
04 - Boil the ramen noodles, then divide into bowls. Drizzle with sauce, lay sliced chicken on top, and sprinkle with green onions.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to add extras like soft-boiled eggs or sesame seeds
02 - Cut back on cayenne if you prefer things milder
03 - Good for storing in the fridge for up to three days
