Bang Bang Shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
02 - 1 pound peeled and cleaned large shrimp.
03 - 1/2 cup starch from corn.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt.
05 - 2 spoons of vegetable oil.
06 - Quarter teaspoon optional smoked paprika.
07 - Half a cup of mayo.
08 - 1-2 spoons of Sriracha sauce.
09 - 1/4 cup sweet chili condiment.
10 - Juice from 1 lime.
11 - 1 spoonful of honey.
12 - Four garlic cloves, finely chopped (split use).
13 - Two tablespoons of olive oil.
14 - 8 ounces of spaghetti or fettuccine pasta.
15 - Quarter cup of green onions, sliced.
16 - Chili flakes for kick (optional).
17 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the shrimp with seasoning like salt, pepper, and some paprika. Coat it with the cornstarch.
02 - Boil the pasta till it's slightly firm (the fancy al dente term). Don’t forget to keep some water before draining.
03 - Cook the shrimp in a pan til they turn golden and crispy. Flip after 2-3 minutes on each side.
04 - Combine mayo, lime juice, honey, chili sauce, garlic, and some Sriracha in a bowl.
05 - Cook garlic in some oil, toss the pasta in. Stir in the sauce mixture and mix it all with the shrimp.
06 - Sprinkle some Parmesan, green onions, and, if you like it spicy, chili flakes on top.

# Notes:

01 - You can toss in some spinach or peppers.
02 - Swap the shrimp with tofu if you prefer.
03 - You can make it gluten-free by using substitutes.
