01 - 2 pounds baby potatoes, cut into quarters
02 - 1 medium onion, diced
03 - 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into circles

04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - Salt and black pepper, as needed

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (205°C) and get a baking dish ready.
02 - Toss the cut potatoes, diced onions, and the sausage slices into a big bowl.
03 - Pour in the olive oil and sprinkle smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over everything. Combine until it’s all coated well.
