Grab a big bowl and combine the almond butter, oats, and honey. Keep stirring until it all turns nice and sticky.

Sprinkle in the salt, coconut, vanilla, dried berries, and almonds. Mix well so everything spreads out evenly.

Scoop up small handfuls and roll them into 1-inch balls. If it feels too sticky, chill the mixture for 10 minutes beforehand.

Put the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then pop them in the fridge to set for at least half an hour.

Once they're set, move them into a sealed container. Keep them chilled in the fridge and snack on them within a week!
