No-bake bites with raspberries, almonds, and honey. They’re a healthy, sweet snack that comes together quickly.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/4 tsp salt
02 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
03 - 1/4 cup shredded coconut
04 - 1/4 cup chopped almonds
05 - 1/4 cup dried raspberries
06 - 2 tbsp honey
07 - 1 cup almond butter
08 - 1/2 cup rolled oats

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Grab a big bowl and combine the almond butter, oats, and honey. Keep stirring until it all turns nice and sticky.
02 - Sprinkle in the salt, coconut, vanilla, dried berries, and almonds. Mix well so everything spreads out evenly.
03 - Scoop up small handfuls and roll them into 1-inch balls. If it feels too sticky, chill the mixture for 10 minutes beforehand.
04 - Put the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then pop them in the fridge to set for at least half an hour.
05 - Once they're set, move them into a sealed container. Keep them chilled in the fridge and snack on them within a week!

# Additional Notes:

01 - Swap honey for maple syrup to make it vegan
02 - Throw in some chia seeds or chocolate chips for a boost in flavors and nutrients
03 - They'll last up to 3 months if frozen
