01 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
06 - 2 teaspoons chili powder.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
10 - 1 cup chicken broth.
11 - 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Stir all seasonings together in a small bowl for the chicken.
02 - Sprinkle the spice blend evenly on both sides of the chicken.
03 - Warm up the oil and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side.
