Moist Pineapple Banana Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - Super ripe banana
02 - Unsalted butter, softened
03 - Two large eggs
04 - Canned pineapple with juice, crushed
05 - White sugar

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - Salt
07 - Baking soda
08 - All-purpose flour
09 - Baking powder

→ Mix-ins

10 - Coconut, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F. Beat the butter and sugar until it’s light and creamy
02 - Add eggs, pineapple, and mashed banana, and stir it all together
03 - Stir the flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder together. Mix it into the wet stuff
04 - Gently mix in the coconut. Dump it all into a greased loaf pan (9x5 inches)
05 - Bake for an hour or so. Let the loaf sit in the pan for 10 minutes before cooling
