03 - 2 eggs, large, whisked
04 - 1 cup (125g) plain flour
05 - 12 mozzarella cheese sticks, string variety

06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian herb blend

→ To Cook

09 - Oil for frying or a light spray for baking

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Dig in right away and dunk them in ranch, marinara, or whatever dip you like best.
02 - If frying, heat oil up to 350°F then cook in groups for 1-2 minutes till golden brown. For a baked version, pop in a 400°F oven, spray lightly, and bake 8-10 minutes.
03 - Line up the breaded bites on a tray and stick them in the freezer again for 15-20 minutes so they hold up while cooking.
04 - Roll each frozen chunk in flour, dunk in egg, roll through breadcrumbs mix and give a gentle squeeze so the coating sticks. For extra crunch, try an extra dip in egg and breadcrumbs.
05 - Get three bowls—one for flour, one for eggs, one for breadcrumbs mixed up with Parmesan, Italian herbs, salt, and garlic powder.
06 - Slice every mozzarella piece into 3 and freeze them for at least half an hour so they don’t turn into a gooey mess when you cook ‘em.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Double breading gives you that super crispy finish
02 - Mix in some cayenne to the coating to bring the heat
03 - Freezing in between stops the cheese from gooing out
