# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 cups crushed Oreos (roughly 20 cookies).
02 - 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips.
03 - 2 cups mini marshmallows.
04 - 3/4 cup salted butter, softened.
05 - 3 cups granulated sugar.
06 - 1 (5 oz) can of evaporated milk.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Use foil or parchment to line the pan, leaving extra along the sides so it's easier to lift out later.
02 - In a medium or large pot, combine the sugar, butter, and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring as it thickens and begins pulling away from the sides.
03 - Keep stirring while it comes to a gentle bubbling foam. This should take about 3 to 4 minutes.
04 - Take the pot off the heat and mix in the marshmallows and white chocolate chips. Stir until completely melted and smooth.
05 - Stir in the crushed Oreos quickly, ensuring they're spread evenly. If you want, save some crumbs to sprinkle on top.
06 - Pour your mixture into the lined pan. Spread it out evenly with a wooden spoon or spatula. Leave it on the counter until it's firm and set.
