Preheat oven to 425°F. Let pie crusts sit out until soft. Cut up strawberries in the filling.

Use a 4-inch cutter to make circles in the dough. Spoon a tablespoon of filling into each one, then fold and crimp the edges with a fork.

Spread the whisked egg white on top of each pie. Place them on a prepared baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Combine milk with powdered sugar, stirring until smooth. Dip pies while still warm, and wait for 5 minutes to set.
