Quick Glazed Strawberry Pies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 egg white, lightly whisked
02 - 1 can (21 oz) strawberry filling, chopped roughly
03 - 2 packs (14.1 oz each) chilled pie crusts

→ Glaze

04 - 1/4 cup milk
05 - 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Let pie crusts sit out until soft. Cut up strawberries in the filling.
02 - Use a 4-inch cutter to make circles in the dough. Spoon a tablespoon of filling into each one, then fold and crimp the edges with a fork.
03 - Spread the whisked egg white on top of each pie. Place them on a prepared baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
04 - Combine milk with powdered sugar, stirring until smooth. Dip pies while still warm, and wait for 5 minutes to set.

01 - Hearts work great as a shape too
02 - Sealing gets easier when edges are moist
03 - Smaller chunks of filling are easier to work with
