01 - 4 russet potatoes, big-sized.
02 - 1 lb sirloin or flank steak, cut into cubes.
03 - 1/2 cup chopped green onions.
04 - 1 tsp smoked paprika.
05 - 1 tbsp olive oil to cook the steak.
06 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.
07 - 1/4 cup bacon bits, optional.
08 - 1 tbsp olive oil to coat potatoes.
09 - 1/4 cup butter, softened.
10 - 1/2 tsp onion powder.
11 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
12 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
13 - 1 cup sharp cheddar, shredded.

# Steps to Follow:
