Pierogi Kielbasa Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup sharp cheddar, shredded.
02 - 16 oz frozen potato pierogies.
03 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper.
04 - 14 oz kielbasa, sliced.
05 - 3 green onions, chopped.
06 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened.
07 - ½ cup chicken broth.
08 - ½ cup sour cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F and lightly butter a 9x13 baking dish.
02 - Spread the pierogies and sliced sausage evenly in the dish.
03 - Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, pepper, chicken broth, and some green onions in a bowl. Stir until smooth, then pour over the dish.
04 - Cover the dish and bake for half an hour.
05 - Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes.
06 - Garnish with any leftover onions and enjoy while warm.

# Notes:

01 - Swap in any smoked sausage you have.
02 - Keeps well in the fridge for about 4 to 5 days.
03 - Grated block cheese melts much better.
