02 - 4 cups (500g) all-purpose or bread flour
03 - 2 teaspoons (10g) of salt
04 - ¼ cup (60ml) good-quality olive oil
05 - 1 ¾ cups (415ml) warm water

06 - A generous sprinkle of coarse sea salt
07 - A drizzle of extra olive oil
08 - 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together yeast, salt, and flour in a big mixing bowl. Pour in olive oil and warm water, mix roughly. Knead for about 10 minutes until it feels smooth.
02 - Put the dough in a bowl that’s been oiled. Cover it with plastic wrap and leave it for 1-2 hours until it has doubled in size.
03 - Spread the dough out on an oiled baking sheet. Press your fingers into it to make little dents all over.
04 - Let it sit covered for another 30 minutes to puff up a bit more.
05 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Drizzle olive oil over the dough, scatter rosemary and sea salt on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
