Cream together softened butter, powdered sugar, and regular sugar. Mix in eggs and both flavor extracts till smooth.

In another bowl, stir together flour, salt, and baking powder.

Gradually add the dry mix into the wet mix, blending until fully mixed.

Split the dough in half, flatten into disks, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for at least 2 hours (or up to a day).

Set oven to 375°F and lay parchment paper on baking pans.

Roll dough to about 1/4 inch thick on a surface dusted with powdered sugar. Cut out shapes and place them on baking trays.

Place re-rolled dough shapes in the freezer for 5-10 minutes before baking to keep the dough cold.

Bake for 8-12 minutes, rotating pans halfway through. Edges should barely brown and centers should remain a bit soft.
