Herb Butter Lobster (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon chopped parsley.
02 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
03 - Salt and pepper to taste.
04 - 1 teaspoon minced thyme.
05 - 3 cloves minced garlic.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
07 - 1 teaspoon minced rosemary.
08 - 4 lobster tails.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to broil or set it at 500°F. Use shears to slice straight through the shell, then lift the meat out to sit on top.
02 - Sprinkle salt and pepper onto the lobster where the meat is showing.
03 - Combine butter that's been melted with garlic, paprika, rosemary, thyme, and parsley.
04 - Coat each lobster tail evenly with the butter and herb mix using a brush or spoon.
05 - Broil for 8-10 minutes until the meat looks opaque and slightly golden at the top.
