Hearty Bacon Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound spaghetti.
02 - 1/2 cup beef broth.
03 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
04 - 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes.
05 - 8 oz tomato sauce.
06 - 15 oz crushed fire roasted tomatoes.
07 - 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce.
08 - 1 small onion, diced.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
10 - 6 slices bacon, chopped.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
12 - 1 pound ground beef.
13 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
14 - Shredded cheddar cheese.
15 - Sliced green onions.

# Instructions:

01 - Crisp up the bacon pieces in a pan, take them out, and keep the fat for later.
02 - Use the bacon grease to cook the beef and onion until browned, then get rid of extra fat.
03 - Add garlic and stir just until you can smell it.
04 - Pour in tomatoes, seasonings, and broth, then let it cook gently for 10-15 minutes.
05 - While the sauce is simmering, boil the spaghetti.
06 - Toss the pasta into the sauce, and sprinkle bacon, cheese, and green onions on top.
