Grilled Shishito Snack (Printable Version)

Blistered peppers charred to perfection, tossed with lemon, salt, and cheese. Great for snacking or as a side dish.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 3 tablespoons cotija cheese crumbles.
02 - 1 fresh lemon.
03 - 2 pounds of shishito peppers.
04 - 1 teaspoon of salt flakes.
05 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Crank up your grill to its max setting.
02 - Toss the peppers in olive oil until they're covered all over.
03 - With the grill lid down, cook peppers for about 3 to 4 minutes.
04 - Flip the peppers and let them char for another 2 to 3 minutes.
05 - Sprinkle on salt, squeeze the lemon juice, and finish with cotija on top.

02 - Some peppers might pack a little heat!
