Gooey Cinnamon Muffins (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Dry Mix

01 - Ground cinnamon
02 - Baking powder
03 - Salt
04 - Granulated sugar
05 - All-purpose flour

→ Wet Mix

06 - Vanilla extract
07 - Melted butter
08 - Large eggs
09 - Whole milk

→ Filling

10 - Powdered sugar
11 - Softened cream cheese

→ Topping

12 - Optional vanilla cream or white chocolate drizzle
13 - Cinnamon sugar

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set oven to 375°F and place liners in muffin pan.
02 - Stir together the dry group, and mix the wet ones in another bowl.
03 - Blend sugar with cream cheese till silky.
04 - Spoon batter, add cream cheese in the center, more batter, and sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
05 - Pop it in for 18 to 20 minutes till fully baked.
06 - Let them cool off for 10 minutes before adding drizzle if you want.

01 - Use gluten-free flour as a 1:1 alternative.
02 - Perfect for mini-sized muffins, too.
03 - Warm them a bit to make the center gooey again.
