# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 boneless pork chops.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar.
04 - 1/2 cup pure maple syrup.
05 - 1/4 cup dijon mustard.
06 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
09 - 5 cloves garlic, minced.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a resealable bag, mix cider vinegar, mustard, syrup, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
02 - Place the pork chops into the bag. Chill in fridge for at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
03 - Warm up the olive oil in a big frying pan set over medium heat.
04 - Take chops out of marinade and cook each side for 5 to 6 minutes till the inside reaches 145°F.
