# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken & Spices

01 - 4 skinless chicken breasts, no bones
02 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
03 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Sauce & Pasta

06 - 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
07 - 1/2 cup (50g) shredded Parmesan cheese
08 - 300g (10 oz) mini bowtie pasta

→ Fresh Additions

09 - A lemon (zest and juice)
10 - 3 minced garlic cloves
11 - 2 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped

→ Fats & Oils

12 - A couple of tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
13 - 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Boil water with salt and cook pasta just how it says on the package. Drain well and keep it to the side.
02 - Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over chicken. Cook in olive oil until both sides look golden, about 5-7 minutes each. Squeeze some lemon juice on top.
03 - Using the same pan, melt butter before adding garlic to sauté. Pour in the cream, let it simmer, then mix in Parmesan and lemon zest until the sauce thickens slightly.
04 - Combine the creamy sauce with pasta, then mix in parsley. Add some salt and pepper if needed.
05 - Slice the chicken into strips, arrange it on top of the pasta, and sprinkle with more parsley if you'd like.

# Additional Notes:

01 - You can swap bowties with any pasta shape you prefer.
02 - For some extra spice, throw in red pepper flakes.
03 - Replace chicken breasts with thighs for a richer flavor.
