# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
02 - 1/4 cup Parmesan, shredded.
03 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
04 - 1 lb baby potatoes, cut in half.
05 - Salt and pepper, as needed.
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, diced.
07 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
08 - 1 tablespoon butter, softened.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and place parchment paper on the baking tray.
02 - Mix the potato halves with oil, add a pinch of salt, and sprinkle pepper. Spread them evenly on the tray.
