Cheesy Garlic Bread Joes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Bread Basics

01 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt to pump up the salty-savory taste
02 - Half a cup of unsalted soft butter
03 - Big Italian bread loaf, ready for an upgrade

→ Messy Joe Filling

04 - Half a cup of water
05 - Black pepper, about a fourth of a teaspoon
06 - Three-quarters of a cup ketchup you love
07 - One teaspoon yellow mustard
08 - One pound ground beef, uncooked
09 - Half a teaspoon garlic powder
10 - Quarter cup minced yellow onion
11 - Half a teaspoon kosher salt

→ Extra Cheesy Topper

12 - Bunch of chopped fresh parsley for that fresh look
13 - One cup shredded sharp cheddar
14 - One cup shredded mozzarella

# Instructions:

01 - Put the oven back on 375°F. Lay both cheeses all over everything and get ready to make magic.
02 - Scoop that warm beef mix onto the slices of garlicky bread. Stack it up. Seriously, go big.
03 - All those seasonings—mustard, water, ketchup, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper—go in now. Keep it bubbling for five minutes, so things get good and thick.
04 - Medium heat on the stove, drop in onion and beef. Crumble as you stir. Once it’s all browned, drain out the fat left behind.
05 - Slice that bread down the middle. Spread every bit of butter over the cut sides. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Toast in the oven for ten minutes until it smells awesome and is just golden.
06 - Throw it back in for 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese is super gooey and starts to brown. Scatter on parsley, slice it up, and dig in while it's still melt-y!

# Notes:

01 - Combines garlic bread and sloppy joes for one super comforting dinner in every bite
02 - Works great for a quick and hearty meal when you’re short on time
03 - Spice lovers can add a shake of red pepper flakes to turn up the heat
