Spinach Feta Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
02 - 4 medium tortillas (whole wheat, gluten-free, or flour)
03 - 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil to cook
04 - 1 cup crumbled feta

→ Optional Add-ins

05 - 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
06 - 1/2 cup diced grilled chicken
07 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives

# Instructions:

01 - Get your spinach chopped and feta crumbled. If you're going for extras, chop and prepare those too.
02 - Lay a tortilla out flat. Pile spinach and feta on one side. Throw in any extras you like, then fold it over.
03 - Warm butter or oil in a pan on medium heat. Cook each folded tortilla for a couple of minutes per side, until both sides turn golden and crispy.
04 - Slice into smaller sections and enjoy while they're still warm.
