Feta Crust Eggs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A small slice of bread or tortilla.
02 - 1/4 of an avocado.
03 - 1 large egg.
04 - 20 grams of feta.
05 - Lemon juice (a dash).
06 - Oregano, dried.
07 - Spray oil for cooking.
08 - Chili oil for topping.
09 - Red pepper flakes.
10 - Pickled onions for decoration.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up your tortilla, spread avocado on it, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
02 - Spray the pan lightly with cooking oil. Break up feta and scatter over the pan.
03 - Cook the feta over medium heat until it softens and starts to melt.
04 - Crack the egg right in the middle. Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes on top.
05 - After the cheese is crispy and the egg cooked the way you like, move it onto the avocado base.
06 - Finish it off by adding chili oil and those pickled onions.

# Notes:

01 - Cook the egg however you prefer.
02 - Toast can be swapped in for the tortilla.
