Toss all your ingredients in a bowl. Mix it up by hand or with a mixer on low speed.

Scoop out about a tablespoon and shape into little balls.

If the mix is sticking to your hands, pop it in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Put the balls in a container with a lid in the fridge. They taste best when cold.
