Easy Pumpkin Chocolate Blondies (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

06 - 1 ¼ cups unsalted butter, softened
07 - 1 ¼ cups brown sugar
08 - ½ cup white sugar
09 - 1 large egg
10 - 1 ½ cups pumpkin purée
11 - 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

→ Mix-ins

12 - 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
02 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to warm up.
03 - Beat softened butter with an electric mixer for about 30 seconds until it becomes creamy.
04 - Add the white and brown sugars to the butter. Beat on medium speed until the mixture is light and fluffy.
05 - Mix in the egg, pumpkin purée, and vanilla extract. Continue mixing until smooth and fully combined.
06 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, beating on low speed until just combined.
07 - Stir in the chocolate chips evenly throughout the batter.
08 - Spread the batter evenly in a 9"x13" baking tray.
09 - Place the tray in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
