Easy Dip Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pack of King's Hawaiian Butter Rolls.
02 - 1/4 cup of mayo.
03 - 1 spoon of creamy horseradish sauce.
04 - 8 ounces of sliced Swiss or provolone cheese.
05 - 8 ounces of deli-sliced roast beef.
06 - 1/2 cup caramelized onions.
07 - 4 spoons of melted unsalted butter.
08 - 1 small spoon of Worcestershire.
09 - 1/2 small spoon of onion powder.
10 - 1/4 small spoon of garlic powder.
11 - 1/2 spoon of freshly chopped parsley.
12 - 2 cups of beef stock.
13 - 2 spoons of unsalted butter.
14 - 1 big clove of garlic, finely chopped.
15 - 1 1/2 spoons of optional flour.
16 - 1 spoon of Worcestershire sauce.
17 - 1-2 small spoons of beef base (optional).
18 - 1 small spoon of fresh thyme.
19 - Salt and black pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the rolls in half across the middle.
02 - Place the rolls under the broiler for a minute or two, until lightly browned.
03 - Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
04 - Blend together the mayonnaise and horseradish until smooth.
05 - In a baking dish, stack the bottom rolls, a layer of mayo mix, half the cheese, roast beef slices, caramelized onions, more cheese, and finally the top rolls spread with mayo.
06 - Combine the butter sauce ingredients and coat the tops and edges of the rolls with it using a brush.
07 - Cover the dish and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the covering, and continue baking for another 5-8 minutes.
08 - In a pan, heat the butter and cook chopped garlic just until it smells fragrant. Stir in flour if you want a thicker result, and cook for a minute or two.
09 - Stir the stock, Worcestershire, seasoning, and optional beef base into the pan. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
10 - Run the sauce through a strainer and serve it warm as a dip for the sliders.

# Notes:

01 - Toasting the rolls first keeps them from soaking up too much liquid. Including flour in the jus will make it thicker, ideal for dipping.
